We guarantee that our meat will arrive to you in
good condition. Sometimes there may be some unforeseen problems and a
shipment could arrive late and therefore thawed.
Our policy is that if the problem is our fault or our shippers fault, we will
replace your order at our cost. However, if the problem is an error due to the
purchaser or the recipient's part (given as a gift) including, but not limited
to an incorrect address supplied, receiver not home or order left out and/or
stolen, ruined or damaged after delivery, we will not replace the shipment.
Two Simple Steps that will ensure your
satisfaction:
- Make sure all the information entered for your
shipment is correct
- Make sure that the shipment is expected and will
be received the day it is to be delivered.
Please remember that the product is perishable and
must be delivered, received, and placed in the freezer,
by the end of the scheduled delivery day.
